Company History
Our Managing Director Matt Wells has worked in leadership positions within Automotive Retail, Engineering and Recruitment sectors across the UK.
Matt started this business himself from the ground up in 2014, growing organically with his commitment to success and passion for his business. It has become established with Matt’s excellent network and commitment to excellent recruitment service for both candidates and clients.
In 2015, Matt was joined in the business by his brother David who has also working in leadership positions within the HGV network for a number of years.
This combined depth of experience means that we are true specialists with a long-standing network of contacts. Our knowledge of the market enables us to understand our clients from a cultural perspective in addition to knowing what skills are required for each job role.
This design is something they have championed through these years of trading. The team at George Jax was recruited from sectors to mirror the ones they recruit in, thus expanding the team’s depth and expertise for either hiring staff or advising on HR matters.
