My client is a large main dealer group, one of the biggest in the UK for their specific market with a large selection of prestige vehicles.

Technician / Mechanic Job Description
Prestige manufacturer needing a Passenger car Service Technician. The job will entail diagnostic work, MOT preparation, general maintenance and servicing.

The Successful Applicant for being a Technician / Mechanic

• Technical Qualification or proven experience of repairing and maintaining vehicles LCV Technical / Mechanical Engineer qualifications, 2 or 3 NVQ level, IMI Level or City & Guilds.
• The ability to work under pressure, actively seek solutions to problems and having the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks are all key attributes.
• Ability to communicate effectively within your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor.
• All works must be accurate and consistent adhering to all processes and procedures.

What's on Offer
Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications. Starting salary £28kpa at basic level. Salary keeps rising, dependng how established and competent you are as a technician / mechanic. 

Working hours:
Working hours are 8.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday (40 hour contract) and Saturday on a rota from 8.30 – 12.30 (only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings).
